His banking background has helped him develop skills in resource management, communication, public dealing, and institutional networking.

His qualification in PGDIR&PM has strengthened his understanding of industrial relations, personnel management, human resources, employee welfare, and organizational administration.

With his combined experience in finance, administration, and people management, he brings a practical and professional approach to institutional development. Presently, he is serving as the Director – Resource Generation, contributing to fundraising, partnership building, networking, and organizational growth.
